Founded by Muhammad Javed in 2005, Sarwar Education Trust Secondary School in Chanisar Goth, Karachi, stands as a beacon of hope for children from the slums. What began with just 30 students has now grown into an institution that has educated and empowered over 10,000 children, helping them build a better and more dignified future.

Founder’s Story
The story of Sarwar Education Trust begins with Muhammad Javed, a man with a deep sense of purpose and love for his country. When he moved to Karachi in 2004, he was deeply saddened to see countless children wandering the streets, unable to attend school. Motivated by his parents’ belief in the power of education, he began teaching 30 children in a slum street in 2005.
From that small beginning, he built an institution that has transformed thousands of lives. Today, many of his former students proudly serve in the Pakistan Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, Education Department, and other government institutions, supporting their families and communities.
