Sarwar Education Trust Secondary School organized a meaningful and well-planned program aimed at supporting the academic, moral, and intellectual growth of its students. The event focused on building self-confidence, encouraging positive thinking, and developing a sense of national responsibility among children.
The chief guest of the program was Mr. Shafiq Azam, a well-known social worker and a sincere, compassionate, and patriotic individual. Despite his busy schedule, he visited the school to motivate and inspire the students. Mr. Fazal Shehzada also accompanied him during the visit.
The program began with a warm welcome by the school’s students, teachers, and administration. Teachers including Madam Shazia Shafee, Riffat Baig, Ms. Kiran, Aliza, Hira, Mahnoor, Kainat, and Ms. Saba participated in receiving the guests. Students and teachers presented flower bouquets, creating a friendly and respectful atmosphere. The excitement and happiness on the children’s faces reflected the success of the event.
Mr. Shafiq Azam interacted warmly with the students and took interest in their studies and daily learning activities. He asked them questions about their education and encouraged them to think seriously about their future goals. The students responded confidently and shared their ambitions of becoming doctors, engineers, military officers, teachers, and responsible, honest citizens.
He advised the children that success in life comes through hard work, discipline, honesty, and respect for teachers. He stressed the importance of good character along with modern education and encouraged students to develop strong moral values.
Mr. Shafiq Azam also met with the teaching staff to discuss the students’ academic performance, attendance, and overall progress. The teachers shared their commitment to providing quality education and assured that they would continue working with dedication despite limited resources.
During his discussion with Mr. Muhammad Javaid, Mr. Shafiq Azam learned about the purpose behind establishing Sarwar Education Trust Secondary School. Mr. Muhammad Javaid explained that the school has been serving underprivileged and low-income children in the area for the past 20 years. Mr. Shafiq Azam appreciated these long-standing educational services and congratulated the school on its achievements.
He assured continued moral and educational support to help the school grow further and better serve its students.
At the end of the program, Mr. Muhammad Javaid thanked the chief guest and highlighted the school’s needs, including a modern computer lab, textbooks, notebooks, stationery, and a solar power system. These facilities are necessary to ensure uninterrupted education and to introduce students to modern information technology.
The program concluded with students, teachers, and the school administration expressing their gratitude to Mr. Shafiq Azam and requesting him to visit again in the future to continue encouraging and motivating the school community.
